Rob's sweet & sour tuna

Little sweet and a little sour together with some Omega-3, this recipe for two is a refreshing meal after a long day on the track.

You need

3 dl instant rice + water according to the package.
2 tsp Soy
2,5 dl water
1 Chicken stock cube
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
1 Peppers
300 grams of pineapple rings (canned)
200 grams of tuna in oil (canned)
or mackerel fillets (canned)

How to (15 min)

Trim and slice the pepper as wished.
Cut pineapple into chunks (discard broth).

Cook the rice accordingly to the package about 5 min.

Mix soy sauce, water, stock cube, sugar, cornmeal and pepper and cook for one minute.

Add the pineapple and fish.
Season with salt and pepper.
